3388A Co-extruded Self-adhesive Protective Film Adhesive Granules
Product Overview:
● This series of products are in the shape of transparent to yellow oval pellets, suitable for co-extrusion blown film and cast equipment to produce self-adhesive protective films for a variety of different application scenarios;
● This series of granules covers medium, high and ultra-high tack products to meet the individual application requirements of pre-painted anti-fingerprint panels, rough brushed stainless steel panels, opto-electronic products, home appliances, decorative materials, automotive and other components and complete machines for protective films;
● Each of our products is developed to suit the market and close to our customers. In addition to excellent appearance and batch stability (stable adhesion), there are fewer impurities such as gels, black spots and crystal dots.

Application areas
338 Series are our high initial adhesion self-adhesive protective film pellets, mainly for co-extruded blown film self-adhesive protective film applications, can also be used in the production of cast self-adhesive protective film, cotton bale film applications with excellent results.
Processing Guide
● Only single use 338 series extruder reference setting temperature: extrusion section 90℃-165℃, mold die : 150℃-165℃, customers need to adjust the processing parameters according to their own co-extrusion film blowing machine set, base film formula, product usage;
● Control the ratio of adhesive layer extrusion or with other polyolefin used to adjust the adhesion of the protective film, with other adhensity-reducing materials need to adjust the extruder and die head temperature according to the different types of materials, fluidity, and processing temperature;
● In order to avoid bridging the material at the feeding port, the temperature of the feeding area must be kept below 70℃, and it is recommended that the feeding area be cooled by cold water to control the temperature;Especially in summer!

Application
338 series features low gel,higher tack, low-temperature adhesion performance adhesive granule, mainly for difficult-to-stick surface self-adhesive protective film applications, suitable for blowing and casting self-adhesive protective film processing, typical applications: PCM board coated surface, cotton wrapping packaging self-adhesive film.
Packaging and storage
● Granules are packed in polyethylene heat-sealed bags with a net weight of 25kg;
● Granules are strictly waterproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof, and do not expose to direct sunlight.
