Processing guidelines
● 3080 only application extruder reference setting temperature: 100℃-190℃, mold die：150℃-190℃, customers need to adjust the processing parameters according to their own co-extrusion film blowing machine set, base film formula, product usage;
● Control the amount of adhesive layer extrusion or with other polyolefin used to adjust the viscosity of the protective film, with other viscosity-reducing materials need to adjust the extruder and mold temperature according to the different types of materials, fluidity, and processing temperature;
● In order to avoid bridging the material at the feeding port, the temperature of the feeding area must be kept below 70℃, and it is recommended that the feeding area be cooled by cold water to control the temperature; Especially in summer!

Application
3080 features low gel, low -medium viscosity self-adhesive protective film adhesive granules with very low impact on the dyne value of the product surface, with a certain high and low-temperature resistance, suitable for blowing film and cast processing, typical applications: a variety of PET, PC, PMMA plastic sheet, plate, mirror aluminum, glass window film, BA surface & the stainless steel flat paste applications.
Packaging and storage
● Granules are packed in polyethylene heat-sealed bags with a net weight of 25kg;
● Granules are strictly waterproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof, and do not expose to direct sunlight.
