3068 Co-extruded Self-adhesive Protective Film Adhesive Granules

Product Overview:

● This self-adhesive protective film pressure-sensitive adhesive is a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive using pure imported elastomer as the main resin;
● The product is in the form of transparent oval granules, which can be applied to co-extrusion process polyolefin films, and has been widely used in self-adhesive protective films at present;
● With high viscosity, stable viscosity, with excellent high temperature adhesion, imported equipment high dispersion and multi-stage de-gel process to ensure stable crystal point less.

Processing Guide

● Reference processing temperature for only 3068 application: extrusion section 90℃-170℃, mold die: 150℃-180℃, customers need to adjust the processing parameters according to their own co-extrusion film blowing machine set, base film formula, product usage;
● Control the ratio of adhesive layer extrusion or with other polyolefin used to adjust the adhesion of the protective film.
● In order to avoid bridging the material at the feeding port, the temperature of the feeding area must be kept below 70℃, and it is recommended that the feeding area be cooled by cold water to control the temperature;
● Depending on the adhesion of the protective film application, the customer needs to reduce or increase the adhensity (increase the extrusion volume) and match it with the base film formulation to meet the end-user requirements.

Application

3068 features the low gel, less oil, high-temperature performance of self-adhesive protective film high adhesive granules, mainly used in stainless steel, aluminum sheet metal industry PE protective film, CPP protective film in the electronics industry; suitable for blowing film, casting, and other processing processes.

Packaging and storage

● Granules are packed in polyethylene heat-sealed bags with a net weight of 25kg;
● Granules are strictly waterproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof, and do not expose to
direct sunlight.
