Processing Guide

● This series of products are mainly for only single use, extruder reference setting temperature: extrusion section 90℃-165℃, mold die : 150℃-165℃, customers need to adjust the processing parameters according to their own co-extrusion film blowing machine set, base film formula, product usage;
● Control the ratio of adhesive layer extrusion or with other polyolefin used to adjust the adhesion of the protective film, with other viscosity-reducing materials need to adjust the extruder and mold temperature according to the different types of materials, fluidity, and processing temperature;
● In order to avoid bridging the material at the feeding port, the temperature of the feeding area must be kept below 70℃, and it is recommended that the feeding area be cooled by cold water to control the temperature，Especially in summer!

Application

331 series is a special adhesive granule for automobile interior and exterior trim parts protection film, typical applications: automobile bumper paint surface, stainless steel decorative bright bar BA surface, triangle parts, A/B/C pillar highlight parts and other decorative parts, 3318UV with the use of film materials with sunlight for six months without precipitation and pollution characteristics. 3318C for the temporary protection and application of automotive parts processing can also be used in other areas such as stainless steel plate, aluminum plate surface stamping, bending, Aluminum (alloy) plate surface stamping, and bending processing.

Packaging and Storage
● Granules are packed in polyethylene heat-sealed bags with a net weight of 25kg;
● Granules are strictly waterproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof, and do not expose to  direct sunlight.
