Processing Guide
● This series of products are mainly for only single application: extruder reference setting temperature: 130℃-195℃, mould: 150℃-195℃, customers need to adjust the processing temp. according to their own co-extrusion film blowing machine set, base film formula, product usage;
● Control the ratio of adhesive layer extrusion or with other polyolefins can moderately adjust the adhension of the protective film, because it is a low-stick product, it is not recommended to mix with other adhensity-adjusting materials;
● To avoid bridging the material at the feeding port, the temperature of the feeding area must be kept below 70℃, and it is recommended that the feeding area be cooled by cold water to control the temp.;
● Customers use theser products, and need technical support can consult our company personnel.
Application
1、4210, 4220 features the low gel, low stick protective film adhesive granules, with certain high temperature and cold resistance, suitable for blowing film and casting processing, typical applications: glass surface, high-gloss injection parts, high-gloss plate sheet, 8K surface stainless steel flat- fitting applications.
Packaging and Storage
● Granules are packed in polyethylene heat-sealed bags with a net weight of 25kg;
● Granules are strictly waterproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof, and do not expose to sunlight.
